4. Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree not to disparage or defame each other, including on social media.

5. Limitation of Liability
GetSocialLabs Ltd limits its liability to the fees paid in the last three months and disclaims all warranties.

6. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures due to uncontrollable events (force majeure).

7. Payment Default
If a customer fails to pay, GetSocialLabs Ltd may pause or terminate services.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by English law.

9. Legal Fees
Each party can recover reasonable attorney’s fees in legal disputes.

10. Entire Agreement
This agreement overrides all previous agreements and can only be amended in writing.

11. Severability
If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

12. Assignment and Transfer
Rights and obligations cannot be transferred without written consent from both parties.

13. Binding Effect
Customers are bound by this agreement once the kickoff meeting occurs.

14. Payment Terms
Payments are auto-debited, with a 3% processing fee for credit cards.
